PEZAG is a modern company equipped on a high technological level. The company operates in the Czech Republic for its customers all round Europe. PEZAG builds on the cooperation with a multinational holding company Eurotech Group, whose part it is. PEZAG draws valuable experience from this connection and uses a part of the business activities. As a member of Eurotech Group, PEZAG specialises in high precision machining. Since April 2011, PEZAG has owned aluminium foundry into the sand moulds and thus has expanded its manufacturing capabilities. By these activities, PEZAG follows up the manufacturing processes within the Eurotech Group. PEZAG uses a part of the production capacity also to fulfil the contracts with third parties. Thanks to the long-time partnership with the Eurotech Group, PEZAG is able to meet high customer´s demands on quality and delivery dates. PEZAG is divided into several centres:

    • CNC machining - turning, milling, grinding

    • Steel, stainless steel and aluminium welding using MigMag and TIG method

    • Sheet metal processing - cutting, punching, pressing, bending and drawing

    • Material cutting - CNC circular and band saws.

    • Quality Control equipped with a highly accurate 3D CNC measuring device at the global level

    • Sales Department - sales the agricultural machinery and their components.

Apart from above mentioned activities, PEZAG also provides highly accurate balancing of rotating products. PEZAG is a contractor which works with the latest technology and monitoring methods. In addition to the high-quality machinery, the logistics systems are also very important, therefore, PEZAG has implemented a modern integrated ERP system. The quality system of planning and production control is an essential tool for increasing productivity and production efficiency. That is the reason why we pay the maximum attention to its using and improvement. PEZAG has been working on the continuous improvement of working procedures in all fields of its activities. These procedures are audited and certified according to IS0 9001:2008.

Production possibilities: PEZAG focuses on the piece or small batch production of light metals (aluminium and its alloys), non-ferrous metals and steel. The production possibilities of PEZAG enable to deal with the orders with a high proportion of high-precision turning, milling, grinding and balancing. Turning - dimensions up to a diameter of 560 mm and 2000 mm of length. Milling - axes XYZ 2030 x 905 x 745th Grinding - maximum diameter 500 x 1500, Balancing – 1260 x 1500 Thanks to the modern management system, TPV, the monitoring mechanisms, we are able to respond promptly to the orders of the segments of audio and video equipment, medical equipment, logistic transportation systems, machinery for textile industry, printing machines, structural components of construction machinery, agricultural machinery components.
